Garden Plants Galore!

The days are getting longer and the sunshine is warmer, Spring has sprung at Athelhampton.

Now that the weather is more agreeable for gardening we have moved our first batch of plants into the plant sales area!

Seeing such jolly colours after a long and cold winter is so exciting! We have a wonderful selection of plants on offer, including lots that you’ll see in our formal gardens when you are on your day out in Dorset, and visit our gardens.

One of my favourite plants on sale is Heuchera ‘timeless night,’ which you can find growing in The Corona Garden. It is a stunning shade of purple that sticks around throughout all the seasons.
